The Prospect is a multi-story American bistro and bar that serves high-end cuisine in an environment that rivals those typically found in city epicenters.

Big Fish’s Icehouse is an onsite scratch kitchen and lounge within Nicholas Sportsplex that elevates the gaming and fan experience. 

Nomad Taco is a mobile kitchen serving Mexican street fare. From handmade blue corn tortillas to traditional trompo cooking methods, Nomad Taco proudly serves diverse flavors across Chicagoland.

Hatty’s Club is every fan’s favorite bar and supper club and opens fall of 2025 inside the new Rosemont Ice Arena. Adjacent to Hatty’s Club will be The Market by Hatty’s, offering elevated quick serve food for home, away, or on the go.

Additional locations and catering/event spaces in Rosemont, Mount Prospect, and Elk Grove Village, IL are currently under construction.
